Remove HOME link from blogger


Q.How to remove the HOME link at the bottom of blogpost in blogger?

Ans:
Step 1. Click "Edit html" under "design" tab.

Step 2. Check the box "Expand Widget Templates"

Step 3. Find the follwoing line in the html code and delete it.

<a class='home-link' expr:href='data:blog.homepageUrl'> <data:homeMsg/></a>

    Hi Annie,

    'm using the standard template and modified it accordingly. look for home-link class and edit it.

    If you are using some other template and having difficulty editing it ,mail me the template file and I will edit for you.

    Hi there, is there a way to delete only the home button on the main (home) page? I would like the button on the other pages, but having a home button on the home page doesn't make sense.

      Hello Rkc,

      I suggest to live the home link as is on dynamic template. If you did want to remove it, edit your template (Expand widget templates) and search for "home" you will find the conditional tags, edit according to your requirements. Happy blogging
